YBL has been receiving support both locally and internationally, with projects being launched in the Caribbean with the aid of secondary groups to kick start relief programs. YBl is currently in collaboration with Maternal Infant Project International in California which is one of their main supporters.
YBL has managed to distribute 1426 hampers to single parents ,senior citizens and frontline workers.
“I’ve seen tears fall out of the eyes of people that we’d give these hampers and I feel for individuals affected by this pandemic. I don’t want anyone to die of hunger due to this pandemic, that’s why we do what we do everyday and seeing smiles on those faces is what motivates us it’s the energy that drives us as volunteers of humanity “
YBL will continue to implement programs for other essential workers such as police officers and more single parents who are in need.
“Everyday we get contacted by people who are in need of assistance and everyday we strive to provide for those persons”
